Established in 2015, Dundalk Bay Brewery & Distillery, a 100% Irish owned, independent company founded by Spectac International. Sister company, Spectac International has over 30 years’ experience in creating bespoke breweries and distilleries for clients all over Ireland, UK and beyond. Our heritage in brewing and distilling stretches back to the 1700’s.

The idea for Dundalk Bay Brewery came about one day when the owners of Spectac International decided to take a leap of faith and build their own brewing and distilling company in Ireland, creating for themselves what they have delivered for many International clients over the decades.

And the rest is history and success….
