Cockagee Keeved Cider

Cockagee, as the story goes is a now-extinct apple variety. Made using the traditional Keeving method, the only of its kind made in Ireland, Mark Jenkinson produces a cider of very high quality and is a suitable replacement for prosecco, cava, or champagne.

Appearance: Golden Amber, Clear

Aroma: Lovely pop of apple, with a hint of spice. A slightly vinous quality also.

Taste: Initially sweet, and leads to a medium-dry to dry finish. Like drinking stewed apples with a hint of spice

Mouthfeel: Lovely mouthfeel, smooth carbonation that is naturally achieved due to the method used to make the cider
