Dan Kelly's Whiskey Cask Cider

This cider is fermented in Bourbon Barrels for 6 months, then aged for a further 12.

 ABV: 5.8%

Appearance: Golden cider, with slight haze.

Aroma: Big whiskey character, oak, vanilla, spiced apple.

Taste: Tastes quite strong, oak to the fore, with vanilla and apple. Lots of flavour packed into a relatively low abv.

Mouthfeel: Nice smooth carbonation levels, nice mouth feel.
