With the bulk of their production being consumed in Bavaria not much of it makes its way over to our shores, so they're worth grabbing when available.

The small town of Tegernsee in the Bavarian Alps produces a range of beers rarely seen outside the local area. The Spezial is a golden helles beer with a bready malt aroma and hoppy fresh palate. A delightful beer, definitely worth a try when you can catch it.
