Galway Bay Brewery Festbier Oktoberfest Lager
Oktoberfest Lager. Decoction mashed with the finest German Vienna Malt and delicately hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh. Fermented cool with our favourite lager yeast before lagering for 1 month. We went the extra mile with this brew, giving it the lodo treatment. Reducing our brewing water to 1 ppm oxygen by boiling, and further purging the water and brewhouse of oxygen with Co2.
