DETAILS OF THE PREPARATION: Dry Savanna is developed and mature naturally and is made with Granny Smith apples grown in the Elgin area in Western Cape. perfectly ripe apples are taken and used to create a pure cider. Pureed apples, completely crushed to extract their juice; this juice is added some water to the fermentation process that converts the juice into alcohol starts. The resulting liquid is filtered three times, this fluid must be cooled, so that the quality of Savanna is ensured.
