Returns Policy

Cancellation of Orders, Returns & Refunds 

You can cancel your order at any stage up to the point of dispatch at no charge. Simply contact us by phone on (01) 4853171 or email orders@TheCru.ie. To help us assist you as quickly as possible please quote your order reference number. 

You are entitled to a cooling-off period of 14  days, which begins on the day after you receive delivery of your order. During the cooling-off period, you may cancel your order for any reason. Upon cancellation, we will make the necessary arrangements to facilitate the return of the order and will reimburse you within 30 days. While we are more than happy to help if you wish to return goods that are not faulted or damaged you will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the goods. 

We work hard to ensure that our goods arrive at your door exactly as they left ours. Unfortunately, accidents can happen. In the unfortunate case of goods becoming broken or damaged in transit, we will offer the choice of either a replacement or a full refund including any delivery costs incurred. 

If you would like to return or exchange your order you have 15 days from the day you receive your order to do so. If you decide to return or exchange please first contact orders@TheCru.ie or call +353 (0)1 4853171 to let us know that this is your intention and how you wish to do your return.

Orders can be returned free of charge at our physical store, Carry Out Tyrrelstown, Tyrrelstown, Dublin 15. Please note a printout of your original confirmation email will be required as proof of sale in order for us to process your refund. The card used in the transaction will be refunded, it can take 10 working days for your refund to be processed. Please note process times may vary depending on your bank.

While we are more than happy to help if you wish to return goods that are not faulted or damaged you will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the goods. Returned goods must be in resaleable condition with labels intact. When returning a set of products e.g. a mixed case or gift box, all products must be present with the set complete. When posting returns, suitable packaging must be used to ensure safe delivery. We suggest you retain your original delivery packing for this purpose.

In the unfortunate case of goods being faulty or damaged in transit, TheCru.ie offer the choice of either a replacement or a full refund including any delivery charges incurred. Please contact us directly and immediately by emailing orders@TheCru.ie or call +353 (0)1 4853171 and we will take care of everything.

If you are cancelling your order that you chose to collect from us, you have 10 working days to collect it from the date of being marked as ready for collection. You will receive an email from orders@TheCru.ie of your order being ready. If you choose to cancel your order within those 10 working days, please email orders@TheCru.ie. After those 10 working days, if your order has not been collected, then a restocking fee of 25% of the order will be charged. A restocking fee is a charge of 25% of the original purchase price applied to products purchased directly from TheCru.ie.
