Brewed with fresh ginger, spices and with their own caramel malt.
Appearance:Hazy dark burnt orange with a red hue. Long lasting cream, fluffy head.
Aroma: Ginger, Doughy Bread, with a hint of Toffee.
Flavour: just like the aroma suggests, malty biscuit/bread notes. Reminds me of toffee cake but not overly sweet. The heat from the ginger has a little delay, but it appears at the back of the throat and lingers a little bit. Some bitterness but masked by the heat of the ginger.
Mouthfeel: Medium Carbonation, light bodied. Well balanced beer.
