Our signature product is a refreshing, clean robust lager. It features a slight hint of summer fruits from our hop selection and a crisp clean finish from our especially selected yeast.​

Leading with a lager demonstrates our ambition, professionalism and technique. Whereas ales can use hops to hide imperfection in the beer, there is nothing to hide behind when making a lager.
