This Dark Mexican Lager was inspired by sunny holidays in Cancun and Cabo San Lucas. Using a traditional Mexican-Vienna lager yeast and swapping out the typical corn syrup found in most mainstream Mexican beers with agave syrup, this beer has a smooth malty flavour unique to any other. It is an immensely drinkable lager that pairs well with a shot of tequila.
