Delirium Black Barrel Aged is a mixture of Delirium Nocturnum and Delirium Noel which ages for 9 months in bourbon oak barrels.

Pours a dark amber with a small beige head. The aroma brings out Belgian yeast, candied sugar, and light bourbon barrels. Flavour is quite heavy, with the bourbon barrels up front, followed by candied sugar and Belgian yeast. The bourbon is there but not too dominant. It lends itself well to the base beer.
