Lustre is a Mixed Fermentation Foeder beer. A collaboration with our good friend Jordan Keeper of Panta Rhei. Combining both our mixed cultures of yeasts with a turbid mashed Saison base beer which has been fermenting & evolving in our Oak Foeder for more than a year.
