This chocolate, coffee, Irish whiskey stout is a local Clare collaboration with Anam Coffee and Hazel Mountain Chocolate both located on the Wild Atlantic Way to create a stout that was then aged in the disgorged casks from The Chapel Gate Irish Whiskey Company in Cooraclare.
